Kundalini Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, harnesses the power of physical excersis, breath, meditation and mantra to establish an aligned relationship between body, mind and the soul. It is also known as the yoga of awareness, creating a deep sense of self and our connection to the divine. Each excercise set, known as kriya, works on the the nervous and endocrine systems, as well as the physical and energetic bodies. Suitable for all levels.
