Reiki Day is for existing Reiki practitioners who are looking for
ways to connect with a Reiki community while strengthening their
Reiki practices and personal growth development.
During this workshop we will work with traditional practices used and
taught by Mikao Usui during his lifetime, and incorporated in the
Usui Reiki Ryoho lineage as taught by the International House of
Reiki. This is a day of experiential play within the Reiki energy and
can be transformative for those who participate.

USUI REIKI RYOHO & YOGA

This workshop will lead you through the Three Diamonds practice of
The Japanese Art of Reiki, working with earth, heaven and heart
energy centres to bring harmony and balance into the body. Hatha yoga
asanas will be incorporated to help embody the practices.
Join me to discover energy management through ancient practices,
meditation, chanting, and yoga poses. Learn how our three energy
centres, the lower, upper and middle haras, can be strengthened to
help heal our bodies and evolve our souls.
Note: The Japanese Art of Reiki, or Usui Reiki Ryoho, as taught by
the International House of Reiki, aims to pass on the practices that
were taught by the founder of The System of Reiki , Mikao Usui,
during his lifetime.

Magical Awakening® is an energy system based on the Celtic
mythological concept of the Three Cauldrons, which are three primary
energy centers within all of us that maintain our health, keep us
aligned with our true calling, and open the door for our
relationships to the Divine.
Taught as a series of empowerments, the first level of Magical
Awakening® awakens these three primary energetic cauldrons within our
own energy system, allowing us to harness energy from within these
cauldrons to heal ourselves and others.
The first cauldron, at the navel, runs an energy called Dragon Fire,
which works on releasing negative energy within the body. The second
cauldron located at the heart, runs an energy called The Grail, which
works in a more restorative manner, to bring body, mind and spirit
back into a place of wholeness.
And the third cauldron at the crown runs an energy called Arthur’s
Crown, which awakens thought forms back into a state of Oneness with
the Divine.
In this first level of training you will receive an empowerment to
activate all three of these energy cauldrons, and learn to use this
Divine healing magical force on yourself, in your life, and for
healing others and the planet.
