Vancouver BC. Her long held vision of creating a space where Reiki
teachers and practitioners could come together and share in their passion
for Reiki was realized in the winter of 2008.
A Usui and Karuna Reiki® Master Teacher,
Michèle has been teaching and practicing Reiki since 1996. In 1999 she
attended the first Usui Reiki Ryoho International gathering where she
studied with Mr. Hiroshi Doi.
A long time faculty teacher at Omega
Institute in Rhinebeck New York, Michèle also teaches Vedic palmistry and
leads meditations.
Michèle is so grateful to have found the
Reiki path and believes that its simple principles and techniques, if
practiced daily, can have a profound effect on our lives. She tries her
best to live by the motto: Just for today – be kind! |

Cress’s passion is to assist people on their
journey back to wholeness.
Cress began her training in Reiki in 1994 in
Vancouver. She loved the experience and continued to study to become a
Reiki Master in England in 1999, her home country. She continued her studies of alternative
healing learning Holographic healing and Hawaiin Huna Kane.
In 2002 she was introduced to Bodytalk. She fell in love with it and became a
Certified Bodytalk Practitioner in 2004.
Cress still continues studying Bodytalk
modules and in December 2008, became a Certified Bodytalk Access
Instructor. She has since taught in a local Wellness College and done
several talks on Bodytalk.
For the last three years, Cress has also
been studying Bio-energetic healing and has her level two training.
She is compassionate and understanding and loves to share her wisdom
and knowledge with others. |

Phytotherapy in England. Prior to this I completed all 3 levels of the
Bach Flower Remedies Professional Training.
In addition, I got my Chartered Herbalist
designation from Dominion Herbal College and my Reiki Master designation
in 1997.
I have worked in the complementary
Medicine field for several years. I have lectured at the University of
Guadalajara Faculty of Medicine, Dominion Herbal College as well as other
learning institutions.
I am an avid long distance runner, and
believe that people should take the responsibility of taking better care
of themselves at all 3 levels, Spiritual, Mental and Physical in order to
achieve a more enjoyable and balanced life.
My approach to a client’s health includes
Herbalism, Exercise, Nutrition and Meditation.
I am a member of the National Institute
of Medical Herbalists (UK), American Herbalist Guild (USA) and the
Canadian Herbalists Association of BC.

Sara is a Wellness Coach who has been practicing and teaching healing work
since 2005.
She is a professionally trained LifeLine™ practitioner, Yoga Teacher,
Life Coach and Reiki Master.
She is affiliated with the Canadian Registered Professional
Counseling Association as a registered intern member.
Her connection to
spirituality began at an early age growing up on naturally beautiful,
Vancouver Island. After a childhood of dance, she moved to Vancouver
to study fashion design. When her own chronic digestive challenges
began to mimic her mother’s experience of Ulcerative Colitis, she
developed an interest in the true causes of physical symptoms and
alternative ways to heal them.
She has been led to
experience and study nutrition, yoga, energy work, counseling,
coaching, Ayurvedic medicine in the Himalayans of India, Vippasana

selling Hay House author, Dr. Darren Weissman in Chicago, IL. Her own

She trained at the CDM Spiritual Teaching Center, where she was mentored by author and speaker Mary Ellen Flora. She graduated from the Centers teacher training program in 2005 and taught classes and workshops for CDM, Vancouver between June 2004 and May 2010.
Lesley has been teaching private and corporate meditation workshops since 2007. Her clients include Amica Mature Lifestyles, Ministry of Children & Family Development, Provincial Health Services Authority, various Community Centers, as well as many private groups.
She completed a two year training program in spiritual counseling from the CDM Spiritual Teaching Center in 2003. Since then she has provided spiritual readings to hundreds of satisfied clients, helping them increase their self awareness and consciously take charge of their lives.
Dr Phillips also has a B.Sc. in Biology from John Moore’s University and a PhD in Drug Discovery from Warwick University, UK. She is a spiritual artist and creator of Portico Soul Essence Cards. |
