Michèle is the founder and Director of the Westcoast Reiki Centre in
Vancouver BC. Her long held vision of creating a space where Reiki
teachers and practitioners could come together and share in their passion
for Reiki was realized in the winter of 2008.
A Usui and Karuna Reiki® Master Teacher,
Michèle has been teaching and practicing Reiki since 1996. In 1999 she
attended the first Usui Reiki Ryoho International gathering where she
studied with Mr. Hiroshi Doi.
A long time faculty teacher at Omega
Institute in Rhinebeck New York, Michèle also teaches Vedic palmistry and
leads meditations.

Brook Cairns

Brook was born and raised in the Okanagan
Valley until moving to Vancouver in 1992. During that time Brook has
experimented with multiple spiritual practices including Tai-Chi, Chi-Gung
and Yoga.
In 2001 Brook starting experimenting with
Reiki Energy treatments after a traumatic mountain biking accident.
He has since been developing his own energy
work through healing touch.

Having also discovered a strong connection
with Orbs, Brook’s interest range from Crop Circles and The Occult, to the
Environment & Sustainability.
Brook has been a Master/Teacher out of the
West Coast Reiki Centre in Vancouver, BC since April 2008.
As a Reiki Master/Teacher he is qualified to teach and mentor Level One
and Two initiates into becoming Reiki Practitioners, as well as perform
Reiki treatments on any who would like to reduce there stress level and
lead a healthy, happier life. Brook also includes Chakra Alignments
through Pendulum work in his sessions.

Cress Spicer
Certified Bodytalk Access Instructor
Cress’s passion is to assist people on their
journey back to wholeness.
Cress began her training in Reiki in 1994 in
Vancouver. She loved the experience and continued to study to become a
Reiki Master in England in 1999, her home country.
She continued her studies of alternative
healing learning Holographic healing and Hawaiin Huna Kane.

In 2002 she was introduced to Bodytalk. She fell in love with it and became a
Certified Bodytalk Practitioner in 2004.
Cress still continues studying Bodytalk
modules and in December 2008, became a Certified Bodytalk Access
Instructor. She has since taught in a local Wellness College and done
several talks on Bodytalk.
For the last three years, Cress has also
been studying Bio-energetic healing and has her level two training.
She is compassionate and understanding and loves to share her wisdom
and knowledge with others.

Bach Flower Remedies Professional Training.
In addition, I got my Chartered Herbalist
designation from Dominion Herbal College and my Reiki Master designation
in 1997.

Medicine field for several years. I have lectured at the University of
Guadalajara Faculty of Medicine, Dominion Herbal College as well as other
learning institutions.
I am an avid long distance runner, and
believe that people should take the responsibility of taking better care

achieve a more enjoyable and balanced life.

Judy began her studies and practice in
Reiki in 1997, and has been teaching Reiki since 2003.
Originally from Australia Judy has a deep love for nature and the
outdoors, and the sense of peace and connectedness one finds there.

Through Reiki Judy has discovered the
same sense of peace and belonging she long ago found in nature and often
combines the two in her teachings. Judy works and teaches at an
intuitive level, and from a place of integrity. Her gentle teachings are
guided by spirit and inspire a sense of empowerment, strengthening of
one’s vitality, and discovery of one’s potential.
Judy teaches Usui Reiki Ryoho, the Japanese Art of Reiki, as taught by the
International House of Reiki. Usui Reiki Ryoho aims to deliver the
practices of Reiki as they were taught by Mikao Usui in his lifetime. Judy
believes in the transformative process of immersing her students in the
essence of Reiki. Her workshops are delivered experientially.
Judy's Reiki studies include
Usui Reiki from the late Christopher Humble; Karuna Reiki from Michele
Denay; Usui Reiki Ryoho from Frans Stiene. Other studies include Taoism,
Shamanism, Chi Kung, Buddhism from Carlos de Leon de Wit of Mexico; yoga;
and Recreation Programming.
Judy is a member of
Westcoast
Reiki Centre in Vancouver, a founding Circle of Women member of
Cascadia
Retreats in Roberts Creek, BC, and a student of the
International
House of Reiki in Sydney, Australia. Judy resides in beautiful Roberts
Creek, on the BC Sunshine Coast, and also teaches Reiki at
Yoga By The Sea
in Roberts Creek.
