Saturday's schedule includes:

Silent Meditation and breathing exercises

Brief introduction to tapping and use of different sticks, followed by 30 mins of singing bowl meditation

Brain Entrainment Theory

Singing Bowl history

Tapping techniques

Becoming intimate with the sounds of the bowl

Self massage with singing bowl

This Himalayan Singing Bowl Immersion is a perfect opportunity for absolute beginners as well as people already experienced in working with singing bowls who would like to gain more skills, confidence and understanding in how to work with bronze Himalayan bowls, often called Tibetan Singing bowls. 100's of people, who have taken this course and are now using the bowls in their personal and professional lives with wonderful results and for some it has become part of a life path, blending healing, sound and consciousness.

Siddha Sandra was born in Mexico City and for the last 20 years has been following the path of her heart discovering spirituality through different paths and traveling and living as a citizen of the world in countries such as India, Belgium, and the USA. Her travels included the study of Indian philosophy while living in ashrams.

Siddha loves Kirtan and Naad Yoga. The yoga of sound is her favorite yoga style, She started learning harmonium and Kirtan in Mayapur India and last year started her voice training in Dhrupad singing with the Gundeecha Brothers in India.

She works with singing bowl teachers Frank Perry and Mitch Nur and recently took a private class with performer, Karma Moffet


Siddha facilitates generally between one and two trainings per month and recently opened a beautiful shop "Corazón Sonoro" specializing in singing bowls and gongs as well as handicrafts from India, Nepal and Mexico. but offering other instruments for sound meditations and theraphies. Our intentions is to provide a space for sound meditation and therapy and work with a variety of therapists and healers.
